Postal charges

I reported that products from you cost me an EXTRA £200 in postage and custom charges. which meant that I had to travel an extra TEN miles to go to the post office sorting section to collect my packages I have now written to you by email six or seven times over the last FOURTEEN DAYS AND all you do is repeat each time you only to get the message WILL ANSWER IN 48 HRS if its not weekend. I think your medication is very good BUT the after service side of your business is nothing short of rubbish and you should get something done about it. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. MAYBE SOME ONE WILL RESPOND TO THIS I BRADDER

I continue to receive "nutritional" pills that do no good, I do not want and have not ordered on an auto send plan. I have returned these and yet even though I continue to "return to sender and refused" on the package.

Apparently someone does not understand this as I have been charged for these packages yet when they are returned I have received no credit so I am paying $59.95 for something that are of no use to me each month. Come on, let's get this straight. I do order soothonol from you and when I order that you seem to be able to get that right.

I can find soothonol elsewhere and will do so unless I get prompt action. Get off your smart phones, put in your brains and let's get moving, folks!

They craftily use a 'auto reorder system to save you reordering' when you press the try one bottle first button.I think they realise people are getting wise to their game and they have changed the order page to make it a bit bigger, but you can still get ripped off and have to fight to get a refund on the other bottles that keep arriving. THEY MUST BE MAKING A FORTUNE OUT OF THIS..Keep trying , they do refund eventually under their Gold Standard Refund Guarantee' but you have to work at it to get them to jump.Hard work,a con, not worth the hassle.

Not available in Canada

Why do they send me emails for products that are not available in Canada when my account clearly shows I am a Canadian citizen? My mailing address isCanada.

I end up having to phone customer support who cannot help me! I have nothing more to say, other than I'm really pissed off! There was nothing in the ad saying it wasn't available in Canada, so I had to fill in the form, which it didn't accept and then try to find a way to contact customer support.

Not an easy task. Took a lot of work.make a note at the start of how to contact customer support don't wait until the end of their ad.

Refund because I ordered 1 only

I only wanted 1 bottle to see if it would work for us. You sent me 3 bottles. THen I received a thank you for the auto refill. I did NOT order. I want to return them all without opening any thing. Thank you anyway. You guarantee and if I can't get what I ordered, I don't care for the product.I don't know how to expound into 100 words when I have said what I have to say in a few words. I will box the items up and send them back to you soon as I can. I can't get to the post office myself, but my grandson will do it for me.

Cancel all NorthStar Nutritionals immediately!!! I do not want any more of your products!!

I will not accept any deliveries from NorthStar Nutritionals any longer. Cancel! Cancel! Cancel!

Cancel! I will add more words to reach the 100 word minimum. This is a very cagey and tricky way to avoid complaints about your products. You trick people by forcing them to use at least 100 words in order to complain about your products.

I will never use NorthStar again, and I will tell my friends about your way of cheating and causing people to have to reach a minimum of one hundred words in order to complain in writing.

Do not try to reach me ever again. If you were honest you would not trick people by forcing them to use 100 words.

100 words could easily be employed by providing background info (I've never heard of North Star Nutritionals) , how you found them, their claims of efficacy, costs involved, manner of receiving and billing for product, actual results, delivery outcome, attempts to discontinue receipt, etc...if you want to cancel anything, DO IT IN WRITING and serve the letter via Certified Mail return receipt requested. No calls, no e-mails, no text messages, just a legally admissible documentation of your timeline. And NEVER, EVER publish your name or other personal info on an open internet site.

Probably one of the worst company in the world they are criminals

they keep sending products over and over again stating its auto-delivery....I asked several time to cancel anything thats auto (I never asked for auto-delivery)/....but they ignore and continue to send and charge..... Hello there,

I keep receiving tubs of OcuXanthin which I have never ordered!!

I receive a note from my post office to say the tub of OcuXanthin is there, but when I collect the tub of OcuXanthi I have to pay £16.59 which is made up of £8.59 to the Customs and £8.00 for transfer to the post office.

Please do not send any more tubs of OcuXantin (which I do not use anyway) and I will not collect tubs of OcuXanthin from the post office, who will undoubtaby return it to your compay.

I want you to confrm you are not making a charge on my visa debit card ending 2168.

What does this product do for us??

I never receveid the first package, and never a refund of the payment....

The Italian Customs never delivered what I purchased from NorthStar Nutritionals: BenVia Gold for 6 months... Their shipments on my order: 1. in November 2017, (never recieved...the Italian Customs wrote me about it by email, and answered and sent them all requested informations, but I never received my package!) 2. On May 11, 2018, the Italian Customs, Servizi Postali AL Lombardi Gateway Lonate Pozzolo Via Leonardo Da Vinci,s/n 21015 Lonate Pozzolo(VA) sent me a request about information on Package N. I ordered a product by mail using the coupon buy two get one for 1 penny January 3rd 2018. I certified mailed a cashier check.

After not receiving my order by 1-25-18, I called in to check on my order only to be told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process a check. Had I been given this information prior in writing through your coupon book , I would have never used a check. I thereafter ordered 1 bottle to get me pass this 4 to 6 weeks period. But unfortunately I was informed by supervisor Meagan on Friday 2-23-18 that there wasn't an order showing in their system.

I informed her the post office stated that my order was delivered to NorthStar Nutritionals on 1-8-18. She stated she needed to check with another department and she would e-mail me in 24 to 48 hours which would be the following Monday or Tuesday. I called again on Monday 2-26-18 speaking to a different supervisor, Shea. After explaining the same problem to her she stated no order was showing but she would get information from the other department in 24 hours and thereafter contact me.

When nobody contacted me by Thursday 3-1-18, I called again only to get the same response from yet another supervisor Allison stating there's no order showing and it will take 24 to 48 hours to check. I asked if she can offer anything to help me. I suggested that if I order another 1 bottle can I at least get free shipping? She agreed to this so that's where I'm at today.

But it looks like after certified mailing a cashier check and being informed by the post office it was received at PO BOX 913 Frederick, MD.

21705-****, I'm left with the responsibility of paying for a stop payment. I was trying to give your product at least a 6 months chance to work but after all these struggles, I'm very possibly going to look into another product, get a refund and definitely get better service elsewhere.

Supplements sent I didn't order, payment taken without permission, can't contact NSN

I have been sent a package of LunaFlex PM which I did not order - I only learned of this when I received a form from the Post Office saying I must pay £30.69 customs charge before being given the package. I checked my bank account, and found £108.32 had been taken by North Star Nutritional on 5 September.

If I don't pay the customs charge the package will be returned in 3 weeks - but will I ever get the £108.32 back?

And will they do it again if I can't get in touch??? I can't find any way on line to make a complaint - and as an OAP can't afford to have money taken for supplements I don't want!

My ordering and receiving from NorthStar was what it should be until the last order and they went into this "automatic" order charge and send, which I had NEVER approved. It was difficult getting the record straight.

Infact, it took my bank calling them. I just noticed the picture of the "Doctor" head is changed as is the name.

Did this company change ownership? MC 12/17/2017

When I recieve something I didn't order I simply put it out for the postman to Return to Sender.

I also received something I didn't order. They automatically put you on a refill list, send it to you and have your credit card number. They also charge you shipping and handling.

I also received from NorthStar Nutritional item I didn't order and while I alerted customer service prior to it being mailed they did anyway and charged my account. I feel totally betrayed and will send back all the products even those I ordered to them for their disgregard for my desire not to receive nor pay for my inconvenience.

I be damned NorthStar!!!

My account has been charged $200.00 for what I assume is a refill on my order which I haven’t received yet. I got no notice it was being sent and at this time have not seen it.

The stuff they sent me the first time doesn’t work to lower cholesterol so I guess I will try to send it back! It was a shock when I looked at my credit card bill!

Tracking information for NorthStar pkg.

You gave me the tracking number with 4202**** at the beginning and then the same number minus those numbers. It looked like I was getting 2 packages. The PO said both had been delivered but I only received 1. I got the Setra Vida I ordered but it confused me and the PO.
