Postal charges
Not happy
I continue to receive "nutritional" pills that do no good, I do not want and have not ordered on an auto send plan. I have returned these and yet even though I continue to "return to sender and refused" on the package.
Apparently someone does not understand this as I have been charged for these packages yet when they are returned I have received no credit so I am paying $59.95 for something that are of no use to me each month. Come on, let's get this straight. I do order soothonol from you and when I order that you seem to be able to get that right.
I can find soothonol elsewhere and will do so unless I get prompt action. Get off your smart phones, put in your brains and let's get moving, folks!

I didn't order ocuxanthin. Do not charge me for it. If I find an unauthorized charge on my acct, I will report you to the BBB.

Not available in Canada
Why do they send me emails for products that are not available in Canada when my account clearly shows I am a Canadian citizen? My mailing address isCanada.
I end up having to phone customer support who cannot help me! I have nothing more to say, other than I'm really pissed off! There was nothing in the ad saying it wasn't available in Canada, so I had to fill in the form, which it didn't accept and then try to find a way to contact customer support.
Not an easy task. Took a lot of work.make a note at the start of how to contact customer support don't wait until the end of their ad.

Cancel! I will add more words to reach the 100 word minimum. This is a very cagey and tricky way to avoid complaints about your products. You trick people by forcing them to use at least 100 words in order to complain about your products.
I will never use NorthStar again, and I will tell my friends about your way of cheating and causing people to have to reach a minimum of one hundred words in order to complain in writing.
Do not try to reach me ever again. If you were honest you would not trick people by forcing them to use 100 words.

OcuXanthin
Hello there,
I keep receiving tubs of OcuXanthin which I have never ordered!!
I receive a note from my post office to say the tub of OcuXanthin is there, but when I collect the tub of OcuXanthi I have to pay £16.59 which is made up of £8.59 to the Customs and £8.00 for transfer to the post office.
Please do not send any more tubs of OcuXantin (which I do not use anyway) and I will not collect tubs of OcuXanthin from the post office, who will undoubtaby return it to your compay.
I want you to confrm you are not making a charge on my visa debit card ending 2168.

Extremely lacking customer service.
I ordered a product by mail using the coupon buy two get one for 1 penny January 3rd 2018. I certified mailed a cashier check.
After not receiving my order by 1-25-18, I called in to check on my order only to be told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process a check. Had I been given this information prior in writing through your coupon book , I would have never used a check. I thereafter ordered 1 bottle to get me pass this 4 to 6 weeks period. But unfortunately I was informed by supervisor Meagan on Friday 2-23-18 that there wasn't an order showing in their system.
I informed her the post office stated that my order was delivered to NorthStar Nutritionals on 1-8-18. She stated she needed to check with another department and she would e-mail me in 24 to 48 hours which would be the following Monday or Tuesday. I called again on Monday 2-26-18 speaking to a different supervisor, Shea. After explaining the same problem to her she stated no order was showing but she would get information from the other department in 24 hours and thereafter contact me.
When nobody contacted me by Thursday 3-1-18, I called again only to get the same response from yet another supervisor Allison stating there's no order showing and it will take 24 to 48 hours to check. I asked if she can offer anything to help me. I suggested that if I order another 1 bottle can I at least get free shipping? She agreed to this so that's where I'm at today.
But it looks like after certified mailing a cashier check and being informed by the post office it was received at PO BOX 913 Frederick, MD.
21705-****, I'm left with the responsibility of paying for a stop payment. I was trying to give your product at least a 6 months chance to work but after all these struggles, I'm very possibly going to look into another product, get a refund and definitely get better service elsewhere.

Supplements sent I didn't order, payment taken without permission, can't contact NSN
I have been sent a package of LunaFlex PM which I did not order - I only learned of this when I received a form from the Post Office saying I must pay £30.69 customs charge before being given the package. I checked my bank account, and found £108.32 had been taken by North Star Nutritional on 5 September.
If I don't pay the customs charge the package will be returned in 3 weeks - but will I ever get the £108.32 back?
And will they do it again if I can't get in touch??? I can't find any way on line to make a complaint - and as an OAP can't afford to have money taken for supplements I don't want!

So sad2see such low ratings on such a great SETRA VIDIA storyline. Am 77&hoped I could lengthen telomeres, reverse aging,have younger cells. Yep,sounds too good2B true.Shucks
