Waited more than 2 weeks. Called and was informed payment not processed, but not allowed to tell why. Did not inform me payment not processed. Think this is the second time North Star has done this. Cancelled the order. Now have to see if they charged my card.

I'd like to cancel my auto ship orders, I have too many of the bottles now. Thank you.

I use many health products and am a nutritionist myself. and just received 3 bottles of Lunaplex, which I don't need for long. Please don't send me anymore Lunaplex and of course no more charges on my credit card. It would be nice if there was a statement with the shipment, I don't know what it's for or how much it costs. I like an invoice with my products, because it's very likely that it was ordered a while ago and now I have no information about it. PLease reply to confirm that you will not send me any more or charge my Cr. Card any more. Thanks, Irma Anton

Don't deal with them again it's a con, get your refund under their Gold Standard Guarantee Refund and tell them to stop any further orders then unsubscribe to their site.They fly very close to the edge of just bout legal but use all sorts of sneaky ways to prey on peoples' health problems, it's a gold mine for them for mugs like is.

Setra Vida - Buyer Beware

After reading the reviews (mostly very negative, not about the product, but rather poor customer service with deliveries, refunds, etc.), I decided to phone the company to see if I could place an order using a check, rather than supplying a credit card number.

I was given an address, then told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process.

If anything went wrong, the 4- to 6-week time frame would have taken me out of the customary "30-days" to process a dispute and get a refund from my bank. I had already determined that a refund from the company would never happen, according to the reviews I read.

When I asked why the company needed a month to a month-and-a-half to process my order, no explanation was given. BUT, she did hang up on me.

I'm disappointed that I spent too much time chasing a product that I'd love to try, and will research to see if it's available through another distributor.

Come to think a bit more about it . . . . IF it IS a good product, it makes no sense it would have chosen a marginal company for distribution.

I am sorry you had that trouble. I have been dealing with them for about a year and have had no issues at all.

In fact recently, they were extremely helpful. I was getting a supplement monthly and I wasn't seeing any results, so I called about it, but I didn't cancel. I looked on my checking account statement, and they refunded me the prior month's charge without me even asking.

I called then, and they did that as a courtesy and took me off of auto ship. She said no need to return the product as well.

I'd lile to order this product but if the declared price is more than £15 sterling (I live in UK) then I get charged a wopping customs fee as the product arrives via the EU. So how can I order just one bottle to try and get the price below £15 sterling? Also I've had emails promising me refunds of products that I had to send back as the customs charge was so high, but I've not received any refund at all. This cannot be good for business as word of mouth is so powerful.

I agree, though it cost me too much to find out the hard way! I see you live in France, from where I've ordered some melatonin, which I cannot buy in UK, from Soin et Nature.

I'm hoping that they are a genuine company and that I won't get charged customs duty. If they do not deliver by 27th, their latest predicted delivery date, I'll try and get a refund via my credit card.

Beware this scam company, they border on the edge of just legal and make their money through tricking people into ordering monthly on their 'auto reorder system'.They also do not notify buyers abroad of the huge customer clearance charges which can be as much as half the cost of the product on top to get it out of the post office. I ended up paying the customs charge on the first product only to realise I would have to keep taking the pills for at least six weeks to see if there was any benefit.

Two weeks later another bottle arrived at the post office followed by another shortly after and my credit card was debited for both because of their sneaky Auto Reorder Scam.I refused to take delivery of the second two bottles and immediately worked out how they make their money, so I asked for a refund on all products.You are supposed to return the products to get a refund but guess what? The return address is not recognised by UPS.I just hit them with emails demanding all my money back.I got the first payment back and then had to fight to get the further two.They knew if they played difficult, I might go away, but I didn't.I eventually after some two months got all the money returned to my card, but not the customs charge which they claim to know little about (maybe they get a part of the charge?).My advice to all potential buyers, steer clear of this lot, they are very dicey.

I put an order in and they have no record of what i ordered

I put order in on 12-20-2018. When I called on 12-29-2018, their answering machine was on, and it didn't say the company name. Problem with SetraVida order

I ordered a 3-bottle order of SetraVida that cost $239.85, I believe. The paperwork said it was on Auto Delivery even though the lady I spoke with in Customer Service said it was not on Auto Delivery. I told the woman that I was probably going to be returning the empty bottles because I could see absolutely no improvement in my health since taking the product.

Imagine my surprise when another order of 3 bottles arrived yesterday. Now I have to pay to return an order that I did NOT even order.

I hope that you will credit my Visa with the amount of the original order as well so that I do not have to pay to return another order as well.

I trust that you will please honor my request.

I have been charged twice for the same order.

I ordered 3 bottles of OcuXanthin on 23 June and my account was debited the same day for $169.85. That order never arrived. When I contacted you recently to say I NEVER received the bottles, you sent me 3 bottles and CHARGED ME AGAIN for them. I do not want 6 bottles, only three; please credit my account for the second $169.85 debited. This amount is a lot for a retiree! I believe what I have written is very clear. I have been charged TWICE for 3 bottles. I wish to be reimbursed. What more can be said? Another thing I would like to add: There is too much talking on the videos.
